Operating hours
We are capable of receiving orders 24 hours, 7 days a week, however all orders are processed between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Payments
Toy Journey offers payment by Credit Cards, Visa and MasterCards, Paypal and Direct Debit.  Please note when paying by Direct Debit facility, you will need to quote your order number as your reference or add your name to the payment details, your order will be dispatched upon clearance of funds.

Transaction Currency
All transactions are processed in Australian dollars.

Special Requests
Should you have a special request or are looking for a brand not offered by Toy Journey, please do not hesitate to contact us, we have a large supplier base and can source almost anything.

Cancelling an order
Cancellations are only accepted if our order has not been dispatched.  Please call to discuss.

Sending Gifts
If you choose a gift from Toy Journey we can have it sent directly to the recipient. We can take your address for billing purposes and a separate address for your gift recipient. We offer gift wrapping service and the opportunity for you to include a personalised, hand written gift tag. We take pride in our specialised wrapping and charge a $2.50 fee per gift.  We have a selection for Newborn, Girl and Boy style wrapping paper and gift cards. We guarantee no invoice will be sent with your gift, you will need to include your email address when placing your order and a copy of your invoice will be emailed to you. 

Confirmation your order has been shipped to another party
We will contact you via email confirming your gift has been received and signed for.

Standard shipping within Australia
We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for all shipping and handling costs within Australia. You may add multiple small items and create one box under 5 kilos, this will simply cost you $10.00.  If there are additional boxes with your inidvidual order, Toy Journey will contact you to advise if there is an additional freight fee required.  Delivery is normally 3-5 working days with the exception of hard to reach rural locations within Australia which may add a further 1 – 2 days.  Toy Journey delivers via Australia Post; all orders are registered post orders which require a signature upon delivery.  If you are not home Australia Post will leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your local Post Office.

Please note that some larger items will incur additional freight charge due to their size. These items will be indicated at checkout.

Shipping Overseas
We cannot ship overseas due to international weight restrictions, registered post and insurances imposing very costly shipping fees. 

Gift Boxes
We can tailor anything you desire from our stock and arrange a special and unique gift box to be delivered anywhere in Australia.  Again standard shipping applies with Australia Post and a $10.00 flat rate and delivery between 3-5 working days.  However should you wish to arrange an urgent delivery, please contact us on info@toyjourney.com.au and we can discuss alternative affordable methods and costs.

Returns Policy
We are happy to refund you a product if you are not satisfied with or if your product is delivered damaged.  You will need to contact us within 3 days of receiving your delivery by email info@toyjourney.com.au to arrange a return number and discuss the matter for a prompt and friendly resolution.  No returns will be accepted unless there is a prior arrangement made; we will return the items back to you. Depending on the situation you may incur the shipping fee to return the item.

Security Policy
When purchasing from Toy Journey your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology.  128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.  If you have any questions regarding our security policy, please contact us on info@toyjourney.com.au

We have invested in the SSL Certificate for your peace of mind and for ours, this is how it works; the SSL certificate gives our website the ability to communicate securely with our web customers, without a certificate, any information sent from a customer’s computer to a website can be intercepted and viewed by hackers and fraudsters.

We have also added Smart Seal Technology which resides on our web pages, when you click on the “Smart Seal” the system performs a domain look up to verify that you are visiting a legitimate site.  Giving you greater customer confidence and assurance.
